1. What we deliver
LunaFilms produces brand films generated with AI and finished by our team (creative direction, editing, color, score and voiceover). Each package lists its deliverables, number of revision rounds and delivery time on our pricing section. Delivery times refer to the first cut (version 1) and are counted in business days after you approve the script and styleframes; revision rounds follow the first cut.
2. Payment
Payments are processed by Stripe. Launch Film and Campaign: 50% deposit to start and 50% on delivery, before the final files are released. Always-On: billed monthly in advance as a subscription; it can be cancelled at any time and will not renew for the following month.
3. Refunds — "approve the look or get your money back"
Within 24 hours of your deposit we send the script and 4–6 styleframes of your film. If you don't approve the look, tell us in writing within 7 days and we refund your deposit in full. Once you approve the script and styleframes, production starts and the deposit is no longer refundable; the included revision rounds apply to the film. For Always-On, the same rule applies to the first film of the first month.
4. Revisions
Revision rounds are included as listed in each package (1 on Launch Film, 2 on Campaign and on each Always-On film). A revision adjusts the approved concept (timing, text, color, music, shots); a new concept counts as a new project. Extra rounds can be quoted separately.
5. License and ownership
After full payment you receive a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use the delivered film on any platform, including paid media, for your brand. Parts of an AI-generated work may not be protected by copyright; we therefore grant a license rather than a copyright assignment. We may show the film in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise in writing (founding-rate projects include permission to feature the film as a case study).
6. Your materials
You confirm you have the rights to the logos, product photos, names and other materials you send us, and that the claims in the film about your product are accurate. We do not create AI-generated people presented as real customers or testimonials.
7. AI disclosure
Our films are made with AI and we say so. Advertising platforms may add their own AI labels, and some laws (for example New York's synthetic performer disclosure law) require visible disclosure in ads that use AI-generated people. Running and labeling ads on your channels is your responsibility; we are happy to help.
8. Privacy
We collect only what you send us through our form, chat, email or checkout (name, email, brand, project details and payment information, which is handled by Stripe — we never see your card number). We use it to answer you and deliver your project. Our site uses the Meta Pixel to measure ad performance. Chat messages are processed by an AI provider to generate replies. We don't sell your data.
